New Yathrib Sanctuary is a private refuge of quiet reflection and faithful stewardship. Its lands include a principal setting on a hill overlooking the wondrous Bay of Fundy, and is coupled with other simple, community-oriented green projects. In each of these places, those who are welcomed may rest, observe the seasons, and take part in the ordinary and extraordinary care of the Creation entrusted to us.
The sanctuary is guided by a commitment to receive the natural world as a trust tended with humility and diligence rather than treated as a common possession to be exploited. At present much of the projects' grounds remain in a period of preparation. In due course, Godwilling, the animals, trees and plants are hoped to grow to offer a quiet setting suitable for families who share these values and wish to walk in nature.
New Yathrib Sanctuary exists as a reserve of peace, reverence, and practical care for what has been entrusted to us. Those who wish to learn more or to be considered for a future visit may inquire through NewYathrib@Protonmail.com.
